Returns: Many people take MoonSaddleTM on the first ride, but because our engineers have redefined the bicycle seat, it may be necessary for some cyclists to re-learn techniques of mounting the saddle. Because of its many health and comfort benefits, we at MoonSaddleTM urge the cyclist to spend the time necessary to learn a few new techniques for maneuvering on the MoonSaddleTM. If not satisfied, your MoonSaddleTM may be returned along with the original receipt for a full refund, minus a $20 restocking charge and shipping and handling charges. Refunds will be issued by check, mailed to the shipping address indicated on your order. Returns must be received in our office within 60 days from date of purchase. NO REFUNDS ON CLEARANCE ITEMS.

Please, before returning your MoonSaddleTM, straddle your old saddle for a grim reminder of the traumatic past. Note: if you are having trouble mounting the MoonSaddle on your bicycle, please contact us for a replacement seat post and clamp.
Warranty: Each MoonSaddleTM product, from the date of purchase, comes with a one (1) year limited warranty that the product is free from defects in material and workmanship. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ARE EXCLUDED. All consequential damages are also excluded. A mail-in or online product registration form must be submitted to the manufacturer or the one (1) year limited warranty is void. The completed product registration form should be mailed to: MoonSaddle Registration, P.O. Box 1011, Philipsburg, MT 59858 or submitted online.
